Apply4Me is operated by SILVER-SKY DEVS sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Grzegórzecka 79/10, 31-559 Kraków, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001237207, NIP 6751828027, REGON 544570199, an active VAT payer. By creating an account or using Apply4Me you confirm you are at least 16 years old and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Apply4Me is an AI-powered career platform that helps you match with jobs, adapt your CV, generate cover letters, prepare for interviews, and submit applications via Auto-Apply. AI features are powered by third-party providers (see the Privacy Policy).
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us at contact@apply4me.io if you suspect unauthorised use. Provide accurate information; impersonation is not permitted.
Use Apply4Me only for lawful job-search purposes. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt the service, upload malware, submit content that infringes third-party rights, or use Auto-Apply to send misleading applications. We may suspend abusive accounts.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process your personal data under the GDPR, including legal bases, retention periods, transfers, and your rights. By using Apply4Me you confirm you have read it.
Premium plans are billed in advance via RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play depending on platform. All prices are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where chargeable; on request we issue a VAT invoice to the billing details you provide. Renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date in the relevant store. Consumer-protection refunds available under Polish and EU law are honoured.
If you are a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, unless you bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, where that store's refund policy applies. Because Apply4Me is digital content and services supplied immediately, by starting to use a paid feature within the 14-day period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal for the part already performed. To withdraw, email contact@apply4me.io before using the paid feature.
You may delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On deletion we remove personal data per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
Apply4Me is provided 'as is'. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; review before submitting applications. Job listings come from public sources and third-party providers; we do not guarantee their availability or accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apply4Me is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
Complaints can be submitted to contact@apply4me.io and are answered within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution: the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr and the Polish President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and Permanent Consumer Arbitration Courts. Use of these channels is voluntary.
We may amend these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts. Questions: contact@apply4me.io. For privacy-related matters: privacy@apply4me.io.
