An AI resume builder is an editor where AI writes and arranges your CV from your own details and tailors it to a specific job ad: the summary, the order of your experience and the keywords from the ad. Apply4Me has 31 templates, 14 of them single-column and ATS-friendly, and the free plan includes five templates and PDF download with no card. Pro tailors your CV to every job and costs 59.99 PLN a month.

The UK National Careers Service lists five sections: contact details, a short introduction, your education history, your work history and references. Contact details are your name, phone number, email address and, if you have one, a LinkedIn profile. The introduction is a few lines under your name that sum up who you are and what you want to do. Work history comes most recent first, with the employer, job title, dates and two or three lines on what you did.
The same service says to leave out your age, date of birth, marital status and nationality. Europass, the European Commission's CV format, gives similar advice: reverse chronological order, clear and simple language and strong verbs such as "managed", "developed" or "increased". The Apply4Me editor is laid out in that order.
You paste the job ad as text or a link. The AI compares the requirements with your CV and changes three things: it rewrites the summary for that role, it reorders and rephrases the bullets under each job so the experience the ad asks for comes first, and it adds keywords from the ad where they match what you have actually done. It does not invent experience.
The National Careers Service gives the same advice for writing by hand: look at the job advert and highlight the skills the employer asked for, because it can improve your chances of getting an interview. The difference is time. Tailoring one CV by hand takes a while, so most people send the same CV everywhere. With Apply4Me Pro each application gets its own version, and you review every line before you download it.
An ATS (applicant tracking system) is the software employers use to collect applications and search them by keyword. It most often misreads CVs with several columns, tables, icons instead of headings and text inside images. The safe layout is one column, standard headings such as "Experience", "Education" and "Skills", plain text in a PDF and a clear font in size 11 or bigger, which is also what the National Careers Service recommends for human readers.
In Apply4Me 14 of the 31 templates follow these rules by design: one column, no skill bars, no icons. The diagnosis shows what your CV is missing for a specific job, for example keywords from the requirements or numbers next to your achievements. If you want to compare tools first, we checked prices and features of ten builders in the best AI resume builders.
In both countries employers ask for a CV, not a one-page US-style resume. In Germany the Bundesagentur für Arbeit recommends a tabular CV of one to at most two A4 pages, most recent first, and says a photo is no longer required. Details about family and nationality are voluntary. Polish employers usually expect a consent clause for processing your personal data at the bottom of the CV, and many job ads give its exact wording.
Apply4Me writes your CV in English, Polish or German with the headings each market expects, and you can translate a finished CV into the other two. The jobs come from 50+ boards in Poland, including Pracuj.pl, LinkedIn and Just Join IT, and from StepStone, XING and the Bundesagentur für Arbeit in Germany, sorted by how well they fit your CV.
