Can I switch between weekly and monthly?
Absolutely. You can switch your billing cycle at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Is there a free trial, and what happens when it ends?
The monthly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged; otherwise the plan renews automatically. The weekly plan has no trial and is billed right away.
Do you offer refunds?
If you bought on the web, EU consumer law gives you 14 days to withdraw, unless you have already started using paid features (see our Terms). Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. If you bought through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google issue the refund under their own policies.
