The best AI job search app for Poland depends on whether you want more offers or less work per application. Job boards such as Pracuj.pl and Just Join IT publish their own listings; AI assistants such as Apply4Me collect offers from many boards, tailor your CV to each and apply with your approval. As of October 2026, Apply4Me covers 50+ boards in Poland and, for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, offers from the Bundesagentur für Arbeit, XING and StepStone.

What is the best AI job search app for Poland?

If you search mainly in Poland, an assistant that reads Polish boards saves the most time. Apply4Me collects offers from 50+ boards, including Pracuj.pl, OLX, LinkedIn, Just Join IT and RocketJobs, ranks them against your CV and can send applications for you. Aplikomat, a Polish tool, reads 8 sources and fills in the employer's form, which you then submit yourself.

If you only want to browse, the boards themselves are enough. Pracuj.pl showed 78,744 offers on its home page on the day we checked, and Just Join IT focuses on tech roles. Each board shows only its own listings, which is why people searching several of them end up comparing the same offer in several tabs.

Which AI job search app works for Germany, Austria and Switzerland?

In Germany the large boards, such as StepStone, publish their own listings and let you search in plain words. Apply4Me brings offers from the Bundesagentur für Arbeit, XING and StepStone, plus Austria and Switzerland, into the same list as your Polish offers, and its interface is available in German.

Sending for you is newer in Germany than in Poland: Apply4Me sends an application where the employer's form allows it, which is not yet every German ad. Otherwise you get the tailored CV and cover letter and apply yourself. Aplikomat and the Polish boards in the table do not cover German offers.

Which apps send applications for you, and which ask first?

Apply4Me sends applications for you on Pro, up to 20 a week, and the review-before-sending option is on by default for every new account. You see the CV, the cover letter and the form answers before anything goes out, and you can turn the check off.

Aplikomat never sends anything: its Chrome extension fills in the employer's form and stops before the submit button. On LinkedIn, Easy Apply lets you apply without leaving the site, but you submit it yourself and LinkedIn has introduced daily limits. ESSA.App says you can apply with a single click but does not describe who submits.

How much do AI job search apps cost in 2026?

Job boards have no candidate pricing: employers pay to post. Apply4Me has a free plan with no card and Pro at 14.99 PLN a week or 39.99 PLN a month, with a 3-day trial. Aplikomat's free plan has daily limits and Premium costs 19 PLN a week, 49 PLN a month or 99 PLN for three months.

ChatGPT runs from a free plan through Go (34.99 PLN) and Plus (99.99 PLN a month) to Pro from 439 PLN, as shown in Poland. ESSA.App does not publish prices on its site. We date every price because they change often.

When another tool fits better than Apply4Me

Apply4Me is not the right pick for everyone. Here is where the others win:

Aplikomat

You want AI to fill in forms but always want to press send yourself, and you want a cheaper weekly plan (19 PLN).

Pracuj.pl and StepStone

You want every listing of one big board, including ones no aggregator has picked up yet.

Just Join IT

You work in tech and want to filter by technology on a board built for it.

LinkedIn

You want recruiters to find you. Keep a LinkedIn profile whatever app you use.

ChatGPT

You apply rarely and only need help writing one CV or cover letter.

How we chose and compared the tools

We picked the tools that come up most often when you ask a search engine or an AI assistant for a job search app in Poland or Germany: three AI assistants, the largest Polish boards, a large German board, and ChatGPT. We compared five things that matter day to day: where the offers come from, the price, who sends the application, the platforms and the language.

Every fact about another tool was read on its own site, or its App Store or Google Play listing, on the date under the title. When we could not find something, the table says so instead of guessing. We did not buy competitors' paid plans and we do not rate the quality of their listings. We re-check the page every month.
